Als Erster stand uns Fili Wiese Rede und Antwort:
Fili Wiese ist ein SEO Consultant, der eng mit Kaspar Szymanski zusammenarbeitet und sich auf technisches und internationales SEO spezialisiert hat. Bevor er seine Tätigkeit als SEO Berater begann, bekämpfte Fili 7 Jahre lang Web Spam als Teil des Google Search Quality Team und Click Spam als Teil des Google Ad Traffic Quality Team. In beiden Teams war der Niederländer eine treibende Kraft für GooglesOutreach-Bemühungen, für die Entwicklung interner Tools, Trainings sowie für die Durchführung von Google Webmaster Richtlinien „by compulsively pressing the famous red button“ – wie er es selbst ausdrückt.
What are the different working areas/projects you work for?
I am very passionate about technical and international SEO so I try to focus as much as possible on these areas. In addition, I consult clients on dealing with Google penalties they received and am developing websites and webapps.
Have you been to Berlin before? Are you looking forward to Berlin?
I live in Berlin and love the city!
What are you expecting of a German Online Marketing Conference?
To meet new people (networking) and help them by sharing my knowledge.
Could you give us a little sneak-preview what your session will be about?
Life as a SEO outside the Google Search Quality team.
What hobbies do you have?
Web development, scuba diving, inline skating, internet marketing and enjoying Science Fiction like Doctor Who and Star Trek.

Kaspar Szymanski hat kürzlich das Google Search Quality Team verlassen, wo er 7 Jahre lang an global Web Spam Initiativen gearbeitet hat, sowie an Webmaster Outreach und Kommunikation in der EMEA-Region. Er weiß alles über die Anwendung des Disavow Link Tools und der Reconsideration Request Prozedur. Aktuell bietet er gemeinsam mit Fili Wiese SEO Expertise und Beratungen an, um Webseiten-Betreibern zu helfen, die Probleme mit den Google Webmaster Guidelines vermeiden wollen.
What are the different working areas/projects you work for?
I primarily provide assistance and consulting to site owners who have been experiencing Google Webmaster Guidelines issues or want to prevent any such scenario in the future.
Have you been to Berlin before? Are you looking forward to Berlin?
I moved to Berlin in August this year. It was a conscious choice; it’s such an exciting place to be! Ich bin ein Berliner ;)
What are you expecting of a German Online Marketing Conference?
Networking and experience exchange are my primary objectives for any major industry event, so this are the takeaways I’m expecting from OMCap 2013, too.
Could you give us a little sneak-preview what your session will be about?
I’ll shed some light on my experience at the Google Search Quality Team, however what I’m really looking forward to are live questions from the audience; in that sense it’s all up to the event participants :)
What hobbies do you have?
Distance running, swimming and aviation are my things! I run a small yet hugely rewarding Classic Warbird Community on Google+.
